At CutTheQ, we act as an intermediary between customers and partner canteens. All payments made via the CutTheQ app are directly forwarded to the respective food vendors.
Refund Eligibility
- The order was not accepted or fulfilled by the canteen.
- The item delivered was significantly different than ordered.
Refund Process
For refund assistance, users must reach out within 2 hours of order placement with the order ID. We will coordinate with the vendor to resolve the issue. CutTheQ does not take responsibility for food quality, hygiene, or preparation issues.
Exclusions
CutTheQ does not support refunds for orders marked as fulfilled and picked up. Issues related to taste, temperature, or preferences should be addressed directly with the food vendor before pickup.
