By accessing and using CutTheQ's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Service Description

CutTheQ provides a digital platform that connects college students with campus canteens for food ordering and pickup services.

Our services include:

Mobile application for students to browse menus and place orders
Tablet-based order management system for canteens
QR code generation and verification for order pickup
Payment processing and transaction management
Real-time order tracking and notifications

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be a current student or authorized canteen operator to use our services
One account per person is permitted

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Orders and Payments

Order Placement

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the canteen
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before order confirmation
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Refunds are subject to our refund policy
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations are subject to canteen approval. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
Use the service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CutTheQ and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice:

In no event shall CutTheQ, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
